Daphne Wood is the Founder and CEO of Blue Mind Luxury Group, an advisory and experiential firm at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and luxury. She partners with leagues, global brands, and high-growth businesses to drive brand expansion, revenue strategy, and culturally relevant experiences.
A 20-year veteran of the business of sports, Daphne was a senior leader at the NFL during a period of significant growth from $5 billion to more than $25 billion in annual revenue. Overseeing more than $250 million in annual business, leading global strategy, partnerships, and integrated marketing across the league’s most high-profile platforms.
She is known for both the strategic vision and end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale events, including the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, delivering premium experiences and measurable business impact.
Today, she advises C-suite leaders on growth, transformation, and market positioning, with a focus on global expansion, partnership ecosystems, and high-impact activations. She is also a board leader and community advocate focused on connecting purpose, people, and performance.
